Responsibilities

• Your primary role is to transform design concepts into polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize your Figma expertise, and play a key role in project success in our dynamic, project-based environment.
• Additionally, you will leverage design systems to enhance efficiency and consistency in your designs.
• Transform design concepts into pixel-perfect Figma designs.
• Ensure design consistency across different platforms.
• Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Provide and receive feedback for an iterative design process.
• Utilize Figma for efficient design workflows.
• Stay updated on Figma features and best practices.
• Review design implementations for quality.
• Collaborate with developers to address issues.
• Utilize and contribute to design systems for streamlined workflows.
• Ensure adherence to design system components for consistency.
• Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.
• Communicate design decisions effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles.
• Showcase a diverse portfolio highlighting Figma expertise.

Must have a valid LinkedIn profile.

Duration: 6-12+ months - 100% remote.
