PayPal, Inc. seeks MTS 2, Machine Learning Engineer in San Jose, CA
Job Duties: Develop efficient, elegant, clean, and reusable software code with no unnecessary complication or abstraction. Deliver quality software solutions on schedule. Design and implement software that is simple, bug-free, intuitive, and easy to use. Participate and collaborate with Product Owner and Cross functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable software solutions. Monitor software applications in production. Triage, debug, and fix software bugs. Utilize knowledge and experience with Git and Github version control, Continuous Integration systems (Hudson/Jenkins), and Bug Tracking (Jira) tools.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Additional Job Information:
Base Salary: $184,662-234,300 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Travel Percent: 0
For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
