About Client:
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Rate Range: $60-$65/Hr
Job Description:

• Collaborate with client business and technology leadership to provide data strategy and architecture thought leadership (big picture thinking), trusted consultant to develop need and respective data solutions across the enterprise.
• Review existing data architectures to determine overall effectiveness and compliance with original objectives, develop comprehensive strategies for improving or replacing underperforming areas.

Years of experience needed:

• 8-12+ years overall work-experience required
• 5+ years in data architect level roles across engineering / solutioning / consulting / design

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on expertise to come up with Enterprise-level Data Strategy, Design Databases to support enterprise applications and physical data modelling according to project requirements for data acquisition and security.
• Strong technical background with hands-on technical expertise and experience in leading the technical team across various technologies related to On-premises / Cloud Database (AWS)
• Strong hands-on experience in building logical data models, Data Quality, Data security, reporting and analytics.
• Technologies expertise including AWS RDS Services.
• Experience in export of Database Schema.
• Good understanding of T-Sql and PSQL and its architecture.
• Conversion of Schema from various databases.
• Will be required to support database administrators, network designers and IT personnel to create effective and secure methods for data backup and recovery
• Research new technologies, data modelling methods and information management systems to determine which ones should be incorporated into enterprise data architectures, and develop implementation timelines and milestones
• Experience in leading Data Strategy and Architecture for IT transformation programs, especially in AWS RDS
• Good to have experience in Automotive domain
• Knowledge of data/information security requirements

Non-Technical Skills:

• Align and interface with CXO's across business & IT to ensure data solutions are relevant to clients' enterprise architecture.
• Provide data architect expertise to solution, delivery, and portfolio enablement team during development of PoCs and prototypes.
• Consultative approach to building client relationship and trust
• Strong self-starter with the leadership abilities to effectively build, develop and manage relationships with internal and client stakeholders.
• Experience of working with waterfall, agile and hybrid development teams
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
