Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Performing linear and non-linear structural analysis using ANSYS Mechanical (APDL) and presenting in TG reviews with the client.
2. Understanding and developing run scripts using APDL for different types of structural analysis.
3. Developing SAP/BP for Analysis team.
4. Participating in status meetings and communicating with clients as required.
5. Conducting technical reviews / deliverable reviews and liaising with the CTH for internal reviews.
6. Maintaining 100% OTD and FTY=1 for himself and for the team.
7. Coaching and mentoring to build the next level of technical reviewers and technical leaders.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

1. Must have 18+ years of experience in FE Analysis using ANSYS Classic.
2. Must have Aero Engine structural analysis background.
3. Should have good knowledge in Linear & Non-Linear Static, Dynamic, and Thermo-mechanical analysis involving Materials, Geometric & Contact Non-linearity’s in ANSYS.
4. Should be good in hand calculations, verification & interpretation of FE results.
5. Should have good exposure to fatigue analysis & creep calculations. Experience in SIESTA tool is a must.
6. Experience in NX UG tool will be a plus.
