Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Web

The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment managing multiple projects and deadlines. The candidate is also able to prioritize their own workload to meet changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ideally, a background in Digital/Web Marketing with demonstrated success in delivering optimized customer experiences.
• Able to develop web strategies and apply best practices for online conversion.
• Knowledge of visual design and UX principles and methods and how those apply across a multi-product web experience.
• Ability to design and deliver customer experiences that work within existing web frameworks and components.
• Experience authoring new web landing pages or modifying existing pages within a React-based content management system.
• Operate independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Work with a matrixed team to drive web projects from design through build.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Schedule necessary meetings and communicate project status to key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing and/or Marketing Operations with browser-based application testing and debugging.
• Front-end coding experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. React experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of web best practices for user experience and accessibility.
• Content Management System experience (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, time management, decision-making, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
