The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore developers on multiple projects, while ensuring high-quality code and documentation. You must have strong experience with Laravel and CakePHP frameworks, MySQL databases, and Linux administration with Nginx web servers. The ability to take extreme ownership, work in an Agile environment, and document development processes is vital.
