Head of Product Engineering

About the Job

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the platform.

Define and articulate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's mission and goals.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors.

Develop and manage the product roadmap, including planning, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.

Lead and coordinate product development efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to deliver a cohesive product vision.

Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for platforms and products.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team responsible for platforms and product management.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven leadership experience in a senior product/growth management role within the B2C, e-Commerce, Fin-Tech environment.
