Your Challenges:
- Creates and maintains the master engineering project schedule and risks and issues register, comprising projects of all sizes and complexity.
- Drives project team’s weekly goals setting and achievements.
- Ensures all necessary engineering deliverables and coordination are accounted for in the project activity.
- Identifies and tracks risks and issues, determines dependencies, and prioritizes activities to mitigate and resolve.
- Forecasts, identifies, and removes obstacles from project teams’ path.
- Creates work breakdown structure (WBS) from team member input.
- Analyzes and identifies high-level milestones, dependencies, critical path, free slack, resource utilization, risk and issues, and cost.
- Creates weekly status briefs and materials for project reviews.
- Maintains a list of backlog projects and efforts and ensures periodic review and disposition of priority.
Your Boarding Pass:
- Bachelors of Science degree or greater in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant combined experience in Engineering and Project Management.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a product development engineer.
- Experienced in producing integrated project schedules and reports in MS Project or like systems.
- 10% Domestic and International travel availability.
- Knowledge and skills in the engineering development processes, drawing release process, supplier selection and procurement, bills of materials, and configuration management.
- Basic technical knowledge of UAS, its subsystems, and technology.
Ability to work in the US without current, or future, need for visa sponsorship/work authorization is required for this opportunity.
Summary pay range $104,711 - $136,458.
