Summary: Onix is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to play a critical role in designing and implementing advanced AI solutions, including AI-driven insights, AI-based assistance systems, and integrations with third-party systems. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and technical teams to create sophisticated conversational flows for both voice and chat use cases. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client executives, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable, cloud-based AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in AI solution architecture and a strong ability to design and deploy robust AI-driven systems. Location: Remote, United States Primary Responsibilities: You will lead clients in the architecture and design of AI solutions Help drive the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders and executives, enterprise and solution architects, cloud engineers, and other teams to understand requirements, use cases, and business objectives. Ensure quality, integrity, and governance standards are met throughout the engineering lifecycle. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies, evaluate their potential impact on the organization, and recommend relevant solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and best practices Help in hiring, training, and mentoring new engineers and architects on best practices Partner with Delivery, and Support teams to find opportunities to reduce the manual effort needed to complete deployments. Qualifications & Skills. Consulting, Pre-sales or post-sales experience working with external clients across a variety of industry markets Understanding customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles 8+ years of experience demonstrating technical concepts, including demos, presenting and white-boarding 5+ years of experience designing architectures within a public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) 5+ years of experience with the core discipline of choice (listed above) 5+ years of experience with a high level programming language, such as Python, Tensorflow, TFX, etc. Proficiency in Solution Architecture specifically related to AI and ML Operations. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and their services (e.g., S3, BigQuery, etc). Solid understanding of AI Solutions best practices and design principles Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
