Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a semiconductor fab, Research and Development (R&D) lab, or a related area.
- Experience with two or more of the following: wet etch, dry etch, deposition, lithography, CMP, backend.
- Experience with RODI, PVAC, AWN, electrical, and hazardous material distribution systems.
- Experience with equipment engineering or maintenance engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts.
- Experience with AutoCAD, designing layouts and tooling, and reading and understanding equipment schematics.
- Understanding of the relationship between cleanroom process equipment and facility support equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot complex semiconductor equipment, particularly lithography tools, deposition systems, and etching tools.
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills, both verbal and written, including emails, reports, and technical documentation.

In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our semiconductor equipment and cleanroom infrastructure, directly supporting the development of our groundbreaking microLED displays. This is a unique opportunity to work with technology in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This role may occasionally require overtime or work outside of standard business hours to support production needs and project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a wide range of semiconductor equipment, keeping production lines running at peak performance.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity.
- Install and improve new equipment as we continue to push the boundaries of microLED technology.
- Collaborate with engineers, process technicians, and vendors, fostering a strong team environment focused on continuous improvement.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
