Sr. Controls Engineer

A growing industrial manufacturer located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Controls Engineer.

Key duties include:

• Developing, Implementing & Designing control systems for various projects
• Working with other members of the engineering team on integrating control systems into overall project designs
• Conducting troubleshooting and testing of control systems to ensure top performance
• Maintaining & Creating technical documents for all control systems
• Troubleshooting Motion control designs & PLCs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Electrical Engineering
• PLC programming and troubleshooting knowledge
• Motion Control design experience
• Knowledge of engineering software tools such as SolidWorks, PCB Design, AutoCAD or Inventor
