Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up, loading, running, and performing basic maintenance on CNC lathes and mills.
In this role, you will troubleshoot and efficiently operate milling machines and lathes in a climate-controlled production environment, producing machined parts from steel and aluminum. Programming experience is not required, though some knowledge is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of CNC operating experience
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, GD&T, and specification sheets
  • Ability to determine machine work offsets and tooling offsets, and enter these into machine controls
  • Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures
  • Manage tool life, inspect tools, and change/reset tools before tool life expiration
  • Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
  • Knowledge of complex, tight tolerance parts, and various materials
  • Ability to lift, position, and secure work holding devices, raw materials, and workpieces using hoists, lifting equipment, and hand tools
  • Support for Firearms and the 2nd Amendment
  • Support for Military and Law Enforcement
  • Proficient in using Windows-based computers and basic Office programs
  • Ability to work regular hours (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday)

Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
