Your Impact
The Sr. Software Engineer will lead and contribute to development activities supporting Digital Experiences directly supporting our digital eCommerce platforms across web and mobile apps. You will provide expertise and also create standards and designs. You will also help define short- and long-term strategic roadmaps and implementation of goals. The Sr. Software Engineer will develop close relations with partners within business organization and IT organization to understand their requirements and to help shape strategic goals.
What You Will Do
- Create Java-based applications and other applications that are responsibility of the team.
- Interpret requirements to create high-quality coding that functions according to specifications.
- Lead design principles for a specific product with collaboration with the team.
- Experience with CI/CD/CT implementations for the product (including establishing code quality practices, code merge practices, establishing test automation practices).
- Ensure that written code falls following the project goals and resolving immediate and potential issues with applications.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience with Java Spring Boot and Front End Technologies.
- Experience with secure Digital eCommerce platforms.
- Expertise in building RESTful APIs and applications.
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL DB/Object-oriented DB.
- Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).
- Experience with cloud-native app architecture and design principles.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deploying to containers.
