Job Requirements / Description
- Hand on experience with Cisco hardware (ISR routers & catalyst switches )
- Troubleshooting Experience on Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols like STP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
- Knowledge on Cisco routers & Switches troubleshooting
- Candidate should be aware of basic ITIL process
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
- Packet Capture and Analysis & Aware of Service now tool
- Candidate should be strong in communication
- CCNA/CCNP certifications added advantage
