Lead Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing production support, debugging complex issues, and ensuring our software systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Node.js, Python, and MySQL, and will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debugging and Troubleshooting:
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide production support and handle technical calls, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Software Development:
• Develop and maintain software applications using Node.js and Python.
• Work with MySQL databases to manage and query data efficiently.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
• Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• System Maintenance:
• Ensure the stability and performance of software systems.
• Implement best practices for software development and maintenance.

Must Haves:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, and MySQL.
• Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a production support role, handling technical calls and resolving issues.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
