Title: Sr Talend Data Engineer

Location: Washington DC (Remote 100%)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

Looking for a Sr level person – Min 10+ Years. Prefer people near the DC Area – So can be in the office when there is a need. Should have good experience in Talend, SQL, AWS.

Tech Stack - Must Have:

1. Talend Expertise
2. Proficiency with SQL
3. Experience using AWS Cloud Platform

Tech Stack - Nice to Have:

1. Experience using Redshift extensively
2. Comfortability with PySpark, Scala
3. Experience using AWS Services - Glue, Lambda, EMR

Responsibilities:

1. Data Engineer responsible for creating complex Talend Data pipelines (Using TMap, TInput, TExtract, all kinds of Functions), reading data from S3, writing to Redshift using Talend.
2. Write SQL against Redshift to reconcile and unit test the data with Source.
