Location: Norfolk, VA - Onsite

Job Description

As a Software Engineer II at HyerTek, you will analyze and study complex system requirements by utilizing research, discovery and development fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reutilization, domain analysis, and implementation management.
2. Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, CASE tools, or other accepted design techniques.
3. Estimates software development schedules, reviews existing programs through RDT&E, and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.

Minimum Education/Experience

1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or other closely related scientific or technical discipline. With a Master's degree (in the fields described above).
2. A minimum of eight (8) years experience, of which at least three (3) years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes: IT systems analysis and programming. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction.

2. Microsoft SharePoint 2016 Level II: 5 years practical experience
3. Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Level II: 5 years practical experience
4. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or higher Level II: 5 years practical experience
5. CSS3 Level II: 5 years practical experience
6. Ajax Level II: 3 years practical experience
7. XML Level II: 3 years practical experience
8. HTML Level II: 3 years practical experience
9. XSL Level II: 3 years practical experience
10. XSLT Level II: 3 years practical experience
11. JavaScript Level II: 3 years practical experience
12. View JS Level II: 3 years practical experience
13. Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Level II: 2 years practical experience
14. Microsoft SharePoint 2019 Level II: 2 years practical experience
15. Navy NWL Level II: 1 years practical experience
