Job Description/ Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Eng with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Apache Spark, AWS, SQL, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, and Angular JS.
This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.
The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. -
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. -
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, leveraging expertise in Apache Spark, AWS, SQL, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, and Angular JS. -
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. -
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery. -
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. -
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. -
• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in project management and software development. -
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. -
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies. -
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. - Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations. -
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
