Responsibilities
The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for:
- Cung c?p ki?n th?c chuyên môn v? d? tin c?y c?a h? th?ng và thi?t b? trong các d? án s? d?ng và d?u tu.
- T?o di?u ki?n thu?n l?i cho vi?c dánh giá m?c d? quan tr?ng c?a tài s?n nhà máy.
- Phát tri?n và th?c thi chi?n lu?c b?o trì phù h?p v?i b?o trì nang su?t t?ng th?.
- S? d?ng các công c? và quy trình thích h?p d? dánh giá m?c d? quan tr?ng, phân tích co s? r?i ro, phát tri?n k? ho?ch b?o trì, ch?n doán, phân tích nguyên nhân g?c r?, v.v.
- Phát tri?n và th?c thi các tiêu chu?n k? thu?t t?i nhà máy trong linh v?c chuyên môn.
- Phân tích d? li?u b?o trì d? kích ho?t các d? án c?i ti?n và c?i thi?n vòng d?i tài s?n t?i nhà máy.
What we are looking for:
- K? su k? thu?t ho?c tuong duong v? K? thu?t.
- Ki?n th?c và kinh nghi?m k? thu?t v? thi?t b? s?n xu?t và Ðóng gói.
- Kh? nang vi tính – c? th? là Word, Excel, Power Point, CMMS.
- Hi?u bi?t v? các d?c di?m l?i, s? xu?ng c?p c?a thi?t b? và các khái ni?m v? d? tin c?y.
- Hi?u bi?t v? các chi?n lu?c k? thu?t b?o trì khác nhau và các thông s? d? l?a ch?n.
- Ðu?c dào t?o chính th?c v? các yêu c?u và quy trình STADA TPM, Qu?n lý d? tin c?y bao g?m dánh giá m?c d? quan tr?ng, vòng d?i tài s?n và các k? thu?t phân tích.
- CMMS: kinh nghi?m làm vi?c v?i công c? CMMS.
- K? nang giao ti?p liên quan d?n dào t?o.
- Th?c hành t?t s?n xu?t thu?c (GMP).
Qualifications:
- BEng or equivalent in Engineering (or similar).
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Facilities, Manufacturing, and Packaging equipment.
- Computer capability – specifically Word, Excel Power Point, CMMS.
- Excellent understanding of failure characteristics, equipment degradation, and reliability concepts.
- Understanding of the different maintenance technical strategies and the parameters for selection.
- Formally trained in STADA TPM requirements and processes, Reliability Management including, criticality evaluation, asset life cycle and analytical techniques.
- CMMS: working experience with a CMMS tool.
- Communication skills related to training.
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
