Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Revit Designer at the PEPM Group office in Fayetteville, AR. The Designer will be responsible for creating Revit 3D models and AutoCAD detailed drawings for facilities, collaborating using BIM. Communicating effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, highly proficient in Revit 3D modeling and BIM.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in food processing, or industrial facility design in Revit and BIM.
- Knowledge of structural, mechanical and/or electrical details.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and customers.
- Strong work ethic, time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Associate degree in drafting is required.
- Travel up to 30% to facilities and construction sites. Must have work experience in site measurements.
