Position Summary:
We are actively looking for a CNC Router Technician and Vinyl Associate that is eager to learn and grow along with our team. This position involves CNC Routing on a variety of materials for custom designed signs. This includes vinyl cutting, laying, and other fabrication. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of CNC machine operation and experience laying vinyl onto a variety of substrates.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $23-$35 per hour depending on experience

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Produce components to the highest standard in accordance with best practices
• Read/Understand schematics and blueprints for projects
• Work with the fabrication and design team as needed to help determine the best practice and/or method to fabricate specific parts
• Operate production CNC machinery
• Cut, fit, assemble fabricated products including CNC routed parts, low voltage wiring, cutting and laying of different varieties of vinyl
• Maintain work area for efficiency, cleanliness and to meet Company safety standards
• Report material usage and production time for each project daily
• Follow all company safety standards including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Solid organizational skills; able to multi-task and complete requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Resourceful; can devise creative solutions to problems.
• Previous experience operating CNC router tables and previous experience with Multi-Cam tables is preferred.
• Proficient in operating various power tools and equipment for metalworking
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and processes
• Strong knowledge of vinyl working/multi-layer vinyl application is preferred
• Read and write English
• Attend monthly safety training meetings
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification through our on-the-job training program
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and move about the shop.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 80 pounds
• Must be able to safely use a ladder
