SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Systems Engineer. The selected candidate will provide system engineering support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems that support Space and Property Management, Asset Management and Transportation Management for the enterprise.
What You'll Do
- This individual must be willing to tackle challenges sometimes without a lot of guidance or information, and collaborating in a fast-paced, highly visible team environment.
- Primary responsibilities will be working with the Lead Systems Engineer, Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities, conduct requirements analysis, formalize process design and implementation, contribute to system engineering documentation, providing end-user customer support, and a heavy focus on testing support.
- Collaborate with the team for releases or migrations to new environments.
- Collaborate with security for any compliance issues and remediate any active liens.
- Troubleshoot and maintain integrity to improve reliability and performance of the system.
What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience: Seven (7) years' experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Twelve (12) years’ SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Willingness to learn and develop a strong understanding of new technologies and products.
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation including system architecture diagrams.
- Experience working with end-user customers.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph REQUIRED .

- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience with 508 Compliance.
