Job Description:
Are you a builder that makes a difference with technology for Public Sector? Do you like helping customers and partners solve the most complex government mission, defense, and intelligence problems? As GDIT Senior Solution Partner Engineer, you will develop the technical solutions with the top GDIT Partners, jointly working on new technical offerings in support of strategic accounts, and growth initiatives. You will own a portfolio of high-visibility solutions built on and with partners - based on innovation in the most sought-after areas of Generative AI, Cloud, Quantum, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps and more.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for a savvy developer and leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high visibility, ownership, and impact. You must have demonstrated experience with solution partners (e.g. AWS, Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, and GitLab) and have a proven track record co-building offerings and implementing technical solutions with partners to drive growth.
Primary Responsibilities :
Lead the engineering and development of Partner-specific solutions. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Partner-specific solutions
Engage with prospective and current customers around GDIT/Solution Partner offerings, including developed Partner solutions
Work within a multi-disciplinary team to build, communicate, and deploy new joint partner solutions that accelerate customers adoption and provide a clear differentiation for GDIT.
Research and test Partner services and products
Provide technical support to Solution Partner consultants as part of sales and consulting activities (e.g., whitepaper development, solution demos and customer engagement)
Provide tech insertion support to Program teams bringing Partner solutions onto existing or newly awarded contracts
Ensure development and deployment environments meet GDIT cybersecurity controls
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Ten years of experience delivering technology and solutions or a combination of technical certs and education in lieu of
Demonstrated technical leadership in the areas of Cloud, AI, Cyber Security, or or other advanced technologies
Direct work developing solutions and services with Solution Partners (e.g.AWS, Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, and GitLab).
Must possess one or more of the following professional/intermediate Cloud certifications: AWS Solution Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, Azure Architect Design, Google Cloud Architect
Cloud Program work and technology solution leadership in at least 3 of the following areas: DevSecOps, Security/FedRAMP/Compliance, Cloud FinOps & Governance, Automation & Orchestration, Container management, Data and App migration, data lakes, and AI/ML.
Demonstrated track record of architecting and deploying emerging/disruptive Cloud technology, in a public sector or mission context.
Must know integrated enterprise solutions (SaaS, automation, containers, Data/AI/ML, Migration, Cyber Governance)
Demonstrated track record building and deploying solution for US Public Sector or Enterprise customers.

The likely salary range for this position is $202,462 - $273,920. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
