Front-End Developer

Seeking a Front-End Developer to support one of our Flagship contracts with a focus on User Interface. This role requires five (5+) years of experience and a focus on Angular and/or React and Node.js. This will be a hybrid role in our Herndon, VA offices. A background test in HackerRank is required. On-site requirements are three days a week with occasional travel to Washington, DC for required meetings.

Requirements

1. Must have a DoD Secret clearance.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on Angular and/or React.
3. Node.js, and a minimum of five (5) years of working experience.
4. Strong foundation building single-page web applications with a modern JavaScript framework (Angular and/or React).
5. Ability to develop and maintain responsive web applications ensuring high performance, usability, and scalability.
6. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and related libraries.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
9. Understanding of RESTful application programming interface (APIs) and how web browsers work.
10. Experience building out design systems, pattern libraries, and/or style guides is a plus.
11. Solid understanding of cloud-native development principles and experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
