TL;DR Kharon is seeking a US-based Senior Front End Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and expertise in the building and shipping of product features, ensuring a comprehensive journey from inception through deployment, and aligning with the development lifecycle and strategic imperatives of Kharon.
- Lead the way in front-end architecture decisions, enhancing scalability, adaptability, and alignment with our user-centric objectives.
- Take charge of designing and implementing intuitive, adaptable, accessible, and engaging user interfaces, showcasing your ability to understand and prioritize user experience and accessibility.
- Uphold and advance code quality and organization, employing rigorous standards and practices that embody our dedication to technical excellence and the maintainability of our solutions.
- Address and resolve software issues with diligence and expertise, ensuring that our products are stable, reliable, and free from bugs, thereby maintaining the trust of our users and stakeholders.
- Engage in productive collaboration with engineers, designers, and product managers, fostering a team environment where cross-functional efforts are harmonized and geared towards innovative, user-focused outcomes.
- Actively participate in the Agile software development lifecycle, embracing its principles to augment the agility and quality of our team's output.
- Develop well-architected, maintainable, and testable code, setting a benchmark for excellence within the engineering team and making substantive contributions to our portfolio of products.
- Adopt a product-minded approach, always considering the customer and user experience, ensuring that the features you develop resonate with users and contribute significantly to their satisfaction and engagement with our products.
- Offer mentorship and support to engineering colleagues, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and mutual growth, and reinforcing the team's technical prowess and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience developing web-based applications
- Experience with a modern front-end framework (Vue, Ember, Angular, React, etc.)
- Experience writing software tests and solving technical problems, both collaboratively and independently
- Experience with Vue.js
- Experience with npm/Yarn and modern ES6 or TypeScript
- Bonus: Experience with graph databases, Java, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $120,000 - $150,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
