Test Engineer

Test Engineer

Job Description:

1. Debug / troubleshoot consigned test hardware and maintain a systematic debug guide documentation.
2. Provide periodic reports on engineering projects, on-site electrical test operations.
3. Facilities new product qualification activities including test transfer and product correlations as required.
4. Coordinate with planners and sub-contractors to optimize test operations and to meet shipment schedules, identify problems that restricting manufacturing throughput and recommend solutions.
5. Support quality team to identify root cause on test related quality issues and monitor corrective action implementation.
6. Provide manufacturing sustaining engineering support and monitor sub-contractor test activity. This includes monitoring and reporting of yields, disposition of low yield material and yield enhancement.

Job Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field experience in Semiconductor test labs or production.
2. Experience with mix signal testing related to semiconductor IC products.
3. Good C++ programming skills with any experience on developing test solutions will be added advantage.
4. Ability to read and understand board schematic and layout drawing for purpose of understanding test system and device operations for troubleshooting.

Salary Range: $66,650 - $96,000

Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
