DevOps Manager

We are looking for a DevOps Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing infrastructure, improving operational processes, and mentoring a dynamic and talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Engineering Management team to design and develop build systems, automation, and processes.
- Implement and manage operational processes to enhance system performance.
- Assist in developing technical standards and architecture for cloud infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on leadership for technology and business services in operations and cloud delivery.
- Work with Engineering, Architecture, and Application Development teams to support and enhance operational environments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering collaboration and effective communication across the organization.
- Drive the growth and development of employees, providing guidance and leadership.
- Ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of cloud services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant experience plus a minimum of 3+ years leading and developing teams.
- Proven experience in developing and executing a DevOps roadmap.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Experience guiding, coordinating, and supporting direct reports.
- Experience in security field with SOC and PCI compliance.
- Hands-on experience with multi-tenant cloud environments, scaling, and infrastructure management.
- Strong AWS background in customer-facing product environment.
- In-depth Linux and network knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Additionally, there is potential for bonus compensation, providing further opportunity for financial growth based on individual and company performance.
