Walters & Wolf Interiors is currently looking to fill a Project Engineer position in Fremont, California.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Engineering Manager, this position encompasses all the necessary responsibilities to work with the project team to ensure the successful completion of each job.

• Read and understand all project specifications and procedures.
• Prepare all required submittals (LEED, if applicable) and documents as indicated in the project specifications.
• Ability to successfully learn (training provided) and utilize AutoCAD for detailing drawings.
• Attend kick-off meetings, document notes, and communicate with internal and external teams.
• Using the internal systems, initiate change order transmittals, RFI's and change order quotes.
• Assist with creating purchase orders and tracking vendor invoices for projects.
• Prepare and submit warranty and close-out packages for each assigned project.
• Communicate effectively with Project Management team and other project participants to provide assistance and support where required.

• 100% on-site Monday-Friday
