This is an amazing opportunity for experienced Commercial Mechanical Estimators looking to join a reputable company with competitive compensation and great benefits.
Position Responsibilities:
- Estimate commercial mechanical new construction HVAC, Plumbing, and Utility Piping projects
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Experience estimating commercial mechanical projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Utility Piping systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience estimating commercial mechanical new construction HVAC, Plumbing, and Utility Piping projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
