Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Our client, an industrial electrical manufacturer, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities :
--Manage and mentor a metal fabrication team of engineers and programmers across multiple locations.
--Manage manufacturing projects and workflow to resolve bottlenecks.
--Ensure cross-functional collaboration with design engineers to streamline processes.
--Take charge of continuous improvement initiatives & standardize fabrication processes across locations.
--Manage CNC programmers and implement standardized CNC programs.
--Provide technical leadership and mentorship to your team.
Requirements :
--Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
--Expert in metal fabrication processes such as CNC lasers, press brakes, and punches.
--Strong experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g.,AutoCAD, Solidworks).
--Experience with maintaining ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and safety protocols.
--At least 2 years managerial experience in a metal fabrication shop.
--Preferred: PMP/Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma certification.
--Preferred: bus bar/sheet metal fabrication.
