Bachelor's degree in Engineering -or- Associate in AutoCAD -or- equivalent work experience + 3+ years' of experience in drafting + proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software(facilities design and food industry experience preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• -Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• -Conduct on-site visits to plants to assess existing layouts and equipment configurations.
• -Develop detailed drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD for plant design or redesign and equipment layout.
• -Work closely with clients to customize solutions that meet their specific needs and optimize plant efficiency.
• -Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and technical materials for clients.
• -Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
• -Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions.
• -Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
• -Play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales team to design and redesign plants using our equipment
• -On-site visits to plants, to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions using AutoCAD

Job Qualifications:

• -Bachelor's degree in Engineering -or- Associate in AutoCAD -or- equivalent work experience
• -3+ years' of experience in drafting
• -Facilities design and food industry experience preferred
• -Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• -Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively.
• -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• -Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time to client sites.
