We are looking for people at a base level who know how to make the user interface look good, but understand the limitations of SharePoint. People who can design to SharePoint are key.

We would hate to get a design that is not compatible with SharePoint. Having a candidate with both developer and designer experience is key.

At a minimum, we need someone experienced in design, user experience, UX design, and visual aspects of the design process.
