• Base salary bracket for the Reliability Engineer is 72,000 USD to 110,000 USD

At our facility in Ashland you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Group division as the Reliability Engineer :

• Manage and prioritize projects and RCAs, ensuring effective planning and execution
• Maintains predictive and preventive equipment maintenance programs in the maintenance management system
• Performs in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures. To this end, bring together a committee of peers and guide the process.
• Proposes solutions resulting from the analyses, implements the selected options and ensures their effectiveness
• Studies the impact of general factors that can affect the performance of several pieces of equipment (e.g.: humidity level, electrical input performance, etc.)
• Monitor our application of methods and technologies while proposing solutions to improve equipment reliability
• Ensure constant communication with the maintenance department to establish area priorities
• Continuously improve established maintenance processes including Defect Handling and Breakdown Elimination
• Train and coach operators to handle different aspects of maintenance including DH and BDE and CID
• Reduced negative impact of machine reliability

You too, put forward your strengths:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or other related degree or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a maintenance, reliability and or engineering technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficient in utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to enhance operational efficiency and streamline maintenance processes
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills to interpret, evaluate and analyze facts and information to support problem solving
• Ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations with an open mind considering creative and standard processes.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience and understanding of Lean Production System principles
• Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions
