Position Overview For The DevOps Engineer

1. Build and maintain automation tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Red Hat Satellite) to streamline operations and infrastructure management.
2. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for controlled reproducible testing of changes.
3. Collaborate with teams to create processes and documentation for automation, enabling non-DevOps personnel to leverage these tools.
4. Promote and advocate for DevOps best practices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles within the organization.

Required Skills For The DevOps Engineer

1. Proficient in Configuration Management tools like Ansible (preferred), Puppet, or SaltStack, with 3-5 years of experience.
2. Skilled in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
3. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab, with a preference for Jenkins.
4. Strong programming knowledge in languages like Python, Ruby, or Golang, and experience supporting Linux Containers in an enterprise environment.

Compensation Details

$90,000 - $110,000
