This pre-launch product leverages breakthrough technology in the generative AI space along with information gleaned from skilled Consultants, to automate the creation of solutions collateral. This company will unlock skilled professionals to focus on the "neck up" parts of the role by automating the most administrative, but often most time-consuming, element of solutions collateral generation.

  4. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
  5. Provide input into the frontend architecture and design of the product: collaborating with the team in solving problems the right way
  6. Participate in iteration planning meetings ensuring that the team has a common understanding of each story and chores in a team's backlog
  7. Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and deliver on project requirements, valuing diverse perspectives
  8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to guide technology decisions and process improvements
  9. Support technical innovation at the bleeding edge of AI technology while maintaining operational excellence and a high quality codebase
  10. Support a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement and lifelong learning

What You'll Need:

  2. Strong proficiency with React (Typescript & Redux strongly preferred)
  3. Knowledge of state management best practices and common pitfalls
  4. An ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect HTML and CSS
  5. Experience with JavaScript and Python unit test libraries
  6. Experience with relational databases, blob storage, and REST API architecture
  7. Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  8. Experience with best engineering practices in agile software development: architectural paradigms, code reviews, branching, task management, documentation, testing
  9. Excellent team leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities

Package:

Compensation:

  1. $90,000-110,000 annual salary based on experience
  2. Great benefits, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for employees
  3. Equity grants
  4. Monthly equipment stipend to cover laptop, monitor, and any software or equipment you may need

Our Values:

  1. Hardest work, best work. A challenge is motivating, even when it's a little scary. Working through hard challenges is what makes us grow.
  2. Speed over perfection. We move fast and have a bias for action. We're quick to spot issues, pivot without hesitation, and move quickly to drive forward. We tolerate the occasional mistake in exchange for speed.
  3. Face challenge head on. We're not afraid of hard conversations and we face challenges head on. We say the things that feel uncomfortable to say to address the issue and get to the other side of the problem. We do so with positive intent and an open mind.
  4. Humble in abundance, optimistic in adversity. In good times, we remind ourselves (and each other) that we're never done learning, growing, and improving. In hard times, we force ourselves (and each other) to keep the long-term vision in mind: failure is a timeline issue: with iteration and effort, you can always find a way to success.
  5. Diverse perspective, unified success. We seek out diversity because diverse teams are the most successful teams. We have a high tolerance for working alongside others who come with different perspectives, backgrounds, and areas of expertise. We approach every interaction with team members as an opportunity to see something in a different light.

High Alpha is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company. We don't discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
