We’re one global team – 47,000 strong – driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.Job Summary/ResponsibilitiesLead a team of professionals overseeing the civil design of large scale complex projects with a near-term emphasis on design-build delivery.Supervise and lead project plan production and technical reports.Establish budgets and schedules for project deliverables.Develop and manage key client relationships.Provide technical expertise for studies and design efforts.Present complex technical solutions to clients.Perform quality control reviews of work developed by others.Participate in the development of technical proposals.Mentor, grow, and recruit staff.QualificationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree + 10+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field15+ years of experience in civil design10+ years of experience in utility design2+ years of WSDOT highway drainage design experience within the last 4 yearsA current P.E. license in the State of WashingtonExperience developing proposals, scopes of work, and budgetsKnowledge of agency/regulatory approval process, standards, policies, and best practicesClient connections and relationships with local and state agenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills experienceAdditional InformationThis position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.#LI-EM1Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
