MUST:

1. Experienced IAM Engineer
2. 10+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management systems
3. Bachelor's degree required

DUTIES:

1. Critical member of Identity and Access Management System for application customer identity and partner identities for Business Support Systems.
2. Lead IAM Solution and Design sessions with application teams and business stakeholders.
3. Ability to drive OKTA onshore and offsite technical implementation teams.
4. Collaborate with Release manager to close technical dependencies and meet customer commitments for various programs.
5. Document and present designs and solutions to all stakeholders.
6. Troubleshoot and implement OKTA based solutions for identity and access management.
7. Ensure team follows IAM and security best practices.
8. Follow Industry best practices and OKTA best practices for IAM solutions and guide and mentor senior and junior development members.
