As Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and improving quality systems
• Working with customers to resolve issues
• Using root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Creating control plans and inspection standards
• Driving continuous improvements
• Performing internal audits
• Promoting 5S

To be considered for the Quality Engineer position, you must have:

• A degree is highly preferred but not required, along with at least 3 years of previous automotive quality experience
• Customer quality background
• Experience with auditing and inspections
• Experience with PFMEA, Poke-Yoke, 5S, Lean/Six Sigma
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to read blueprints
