Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the repair department from scratch
- Guide the company in purchasing the right equipment for internal mold repairs
- Perform mold repairs and train other team members
- Contribute to preventative maintenance and help maintain production efficiency
- Experience in CNC machining and mold repair, particularly within injection molding
- Understanding of fast-paced production environments and preventative maintenance
- Ability to lead, train, and collaborate with the team
- Flexibility to choose the shift that works best for you
