Overview:

Corporate Banking (CB) is a technology centric business, with an increasing move to real-time processing. Joining our team is a unique opportunity to help rebuild the core of some of our most mission critical processing systems from the ground-up. As a Risk Transformation Lead, you will be supporting Corporate Bank Technology Chief Risk Officer and collaborating with senior leaders within the Bank. Your role will be a mix of program management and strategic responsibilities, managing regulatory commitments across Corporate Bank technology globally.

What You'll Do:

• Be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications.
• Manage the software development life cycle (SDLC) of software components all the way to production.
• Implement leading technology advancements in the industry.
• Partner with UX/UI Design team, Architects, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to lead design discussions and write specifications.
• Design, develop and document microservice-based & Cloud-native application components.

How You'll Lead:

• Lead the delivery of components & features in an Agile pod.
• Partner with the product team and enterprise infrastructure architects to optimize solution delivery.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with the team while mentoring junior engineers.

Skills You'll Need:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science and/or technology.
• Experience with Agile software development frameworks, Java based Monolithic/Microservices, and API design.
• Knowledge in container runtime environments, Unix Shell scripting, and SQL.
• Experience implementing applications onto Public Cloud and with modern SDLC tools.
• Must have advanced skills in working with high volumes of data.

Expectations:

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may vary based on a number of factors.
