Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, reliable, and secure Azure cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will automate infrastructure provisioning with Ansible, develop CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, and manage containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. Your role will include developing Helm charts, implementing monitoring solutions with Grafana and Prometheus, and scripting for system operations in Shell and PowerShell. You will be instrumental in ensuring code quality and security through tools like SonarQube, NexusIQ Scan, and Fortify Scan, and collaborate with development teams to embed security practices early in the development process. Troubleshooting complex technical issues in the Azure environment will be a regular challenge, as will documenting processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.



Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, adhering to best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated code deployment with GitLab.
  • Manage Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration, including Helm chart development.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Write and maintain scripts for system maintenance and operations in Shell Scripting and PowerShell.
  • Ensure code quality and security with SonarQube, perform vulnerability scans with NexusIQ Scan, and static code analysis with Fortify Scan.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices in the early stages of software development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Azure cloud environment.
  • Document all processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Azure cloud services and management.
  • Proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Solid scripting skills in Shell Scripting and PowerShell.
  • In-depth knowledge of security tools such as SonarQube, NexusIQ Scan, and Fortify Scan.
  • A proven track record with CI/CD pipeline tools and processes, preferably with GitLab.
  • Experience in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Helm chart creation and management.



Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
