This position is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert and performing activities required for the support of secured IT infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesAxway Secure Transport Administration (Account setup, transfer sites, routes, file tracking, credentials, certificate management)Progress MOVEit Administration (Account setup, transfer sites, routes, file tracking, credentials, certificate management)Solve technical issues including file transfer failures, connection issues and server operationsDocumentation of implementations (New, Modify, & Decommission)Workload Management (System Capacity based on CPU, Memory, Storage, & Throughput)Edifecs development (Xengine configuration within EAM, artifacts configuration, and mapping)Edifecs support (troubleshoot issues using SQL, EAM, DB knowledge, and trace logging)Edifecs architecture design (Design new data flows within Edifecs)EDI analysis (Using healthcare X12 knowledge, create mapping documentation, gap analysis, and business analysis to develop new EDI and non-EDI processes)Implement changes into production environment following change control methodologyConduct technical design and reviews based on architectural guidanceResponsible for project execution, solution, and buildingSubject matter expert on specific technology domainServe as problem-solving partner and cross-train othersProactively manage availability and scalabilityOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredExperience with specific domain relevant to team5 years of experience with infrastructure technologiesMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsExcellent written, technical, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team and independentlyCapable and willing to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadershipAbility to transition abstract concepts into technical deployment designsAbility to develop decision criteria and develop unbiased technology comparisonsStrong analytical and technical problem-solving skillsStrong traits of decisiveness and judgmentAbility to develop decision criteria and develop unbiased technology comparisonsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Axway Secure Transport*, Axway SentinelExperience in Progress MOVEitExperience with Edifecs Healthcare 9.x suiteExperience with XEngine, XEngine Server, EAMExperience with more advance features of Edifecs such as Batcher and CounterExperience with HIPAA X12 837, 834, 835 and 277CAExperience with SQLExperience with Service NowExperience with enterprise server clustersLinux capabilitiesNetworking experience, including AS2, SFTP, PESIT, HTTPS protocolFamiliarity with SSL/SSH Certificates, SSH Cypher/Algorithms and PGP encryptionFamiliarity with RESTful API callsFamiliarity with PowerShell scriptingExperience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)Previous experience in PBM / health care industryUnderstanding of security implications of domainITIL Foundations CertificationMinimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusReporting StructureReports to a Manager in the IT departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from $87,200.00 - $139,400.00 based on experience and skills.
