You will be responsible for assisting in the development of our digital experience and integrating third-party systems using the latest technologies. You will collaborate with our home office, restaurant managers, and third-party partners to design and develop intermediate software applications, planning the various features of a program and supporting integration into a functioning system, creating intermediate technical blueprints and editing code.

Responsibilities

1. Full-stack development of software solutions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and the engineering team on software development.
3. Support the team in best practices and mentor junior team members.
4. Troubleshoot issues and provide operational support.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master degree preferred.
2. Minimum of three years of experience development using C#, Python, NodeJS, or similar server-side programming languages; five-years+ preferred.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, using services such as Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Azure Storage. Or similar technologies on AWS/GCP cloud platforms.
4. Connecting and integrating first and third-party systems with APIs.
5. Prior experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment practicing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
6. Experience using modern web frameworks (React, VueJS, or Angular), with E-commerce platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, Accessibility) and/or Native App development.
7. Familiarity with any of the following: CMS, CRM, CDP, Content Delivery Networks, A/B testing, Payment Processing Platforms, Test Driven Development (TDD).
8. Highly motivated and self-directed.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
10. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on rapport-building and listening capabilities.
11. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
