Role
The firm is currently seeking to grow its capabilities in technology infrastructure and systems management. This position will lead projects and processes, manage cybersecurity, evaluate, deploy and supports enterprise software solutions, manage desktop and technology infrastructure, and telecommunications.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage information technology projects to ensure adherence to schedule, with a focus on enterprise software, including SharePoint and Co-Pilot.
• Manage Microsoft applications including Azure.
• Investigate, recommend, deploy, configure, monitor, and support enterprise applications.
• Maintain, administer, and support computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, and all configurations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
• Collaborate with others to develop, improve, and document guidelines, procedures, and policy.
• Communicate with colleagues to understand specific system requirements, specifications, or details.
• Direct the installation of computer or network hardware.
• Provide desktop support.
• Recommend and implement changes to improve computer or information systems.
• Manage cybersecurity and disaster recovery operations.
• Manage technology-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred.
• 7 years of experience in networking, systems administration, project management, or managing enterprise applications.
Preferred Knowledge:
• Enterprise applications – Microsoft 365, Microsoft InTune, Azure, Duo, SharePoint, Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Citrix, Microsoft Loop
• Familiarity with networking and computer hardware
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments, including Microsoft Azure
• Operating system software - Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, RHEL
• Project management software
• PowerShell
