Suburban Philadelphia OEM of process industry equipment manufacturer is seeking a talented Sales Engineer for a full-time career opportunity.
With significant initial and ongoing training and support, your role will have territorial responsibility for the sale of ‘mission critical’ process equipment, leveraging a 50 year best-in-class reputation to a variety of process industry verticals like chemical, water/wastewater and power generation.
Your mission will be to grow revenue from an existing domestic customer base through an established sales process including targeted sales visits with regular telephone and email contact.
· Expand the customer base through customer referrals, trade shows, telephone cold calls. Sales conversion via premium product value proposition and cost benefits analysis.
· Support customers and prospects through site visits.
· Provide start-up assistance and training
· Develop and utilize a working knowledge of verticals served
· Perform annual territory sales forecast and in year updates
Requirements
· 5+ years of industrial experience in technical sales or application support for process equipment.
· Ability and desire to travel 30 - 50% of the time for customer visits.
