This role is ideal for a professional with strong financial reporting skills and the ability to manage labor, materials, and job expenses while overseeing project-specific schedules to maintain positive cash flow. If you have excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, this may be the right fit for you. Previous experience with Industrial Electric and/or Medium voltage is required.

Requirements of the Project Manager:
- Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills
- Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change order pricing, and billings
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling
- Proficiency in information analysis and budget setup
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Oversee financial reporting, tracking, and projections for labor, material, job expenses, and changes
- Manage project budgets and cash flow by creating and maintaining project-specific schedules
- Submit, review, and track all submittals and change logs
- Assist the Superintendent with material coordination, production tracking, and analysis
- Ensure on-time delivery of tasks and maintain effective communication with the jobsite team
- Conduct weekly jobsite visits and attend all required meetings
- Prepare job closeout documentation including as-builts and O&M manuals
