Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. (ARTI) is currently recruiting for a Graphics Artist/Web Developer to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). This position is full-time, exempt. Start date is immediate upon selection and public trust clearance processing as required.
SUMMARY
The Graphics Artist/Web Developer role is to support the ECO Office.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide coordination and leadership across a creative team, including graphic designers, video producers, and multimedia specialists, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
- Manage, oversee, and track projects to on-deadline completion.
- Quickly and expertly triage multimedia requests.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables and create detailed project plans, roadmaps, and schedules.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently including personnel, equipment, and software, to meet project demands.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of creative strategies that align with the agency's mission, values, goals, and brand identity.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that ensures all creative assets meet the agency's branding guidelines and industry best practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and office leads to understand their needs and translate them into creative solutions.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption to project timelines and budgets.
- Familiarity with Section 508, including experience in ensuring multimedia content meets accessibility standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphics or web design and a minimum of 10 years in graphic design, multimedia production, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management across diverse teams of creatives, including formal or informal oversight of other creatives' work.
- Previous experience working in a government or public sector start-up a plus.
- Proficiency in understanding a wide variety of multimedia production tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and coordinating printing and/or fabrication requests for specialized creative projects.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word.
