Thermon's Software Tools team is in search of a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who will have an opportunity to make a lasting impact on our mission-critical application, VisiTrace 3D. VisiTrace provides superior system visualization and enhanced change management for Design Engineers and Project Managers.
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll lead and participate in the architecture and development of our 3D design solution where you'll drive modern software packages that are second to none in the heat trace controls industry. To be successful, you'll have a sound understanding of frontend architectures and a proven ability to successfully deliver maintainable, feature-rich software to market.
This is a role where you will have influence, the ability to contribute to the success of internal and external Engineering Design teams, and you'll run toward challenges where your voice is heard.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (C#, .NET) and database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience developing web applications using modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, and Blazer (a plus). Proficient in JavaScript frameworks, CSS, HTML. Experience in building web-based RESTful APIs, SDK
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Azure DevOps. Experience working with code versioning tools such as Git
- Experience with GraphQL is a plus
- Proficiency in an Atlassian workflow, including JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo
- You love collecting data about your UI as much as building it to make decisions based on usage and feedback
