1. Knowledge of Design Patterns
2. Project lead experience
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with 5 to 7 years of experience
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Good Object-Oriented Analysis and Design Skills
6. Highly dedicated and should take complete ownership
7. Fast learner, adaptable, and flexible
8. Will be working in an onshore/offshore model of execution
9. Should have experience in working in maintenance and development projects
