CNC Machine Operators Needed... Call or Text 661-775-2570Pay: $20-$35hr (Depending on your experience)Shift: 1st and 2nd available.Key ResponsibilitiesMust have at least 2 years of hands-on recent experienceSet up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines.Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to understand machining requirements.Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced to the required specifications and quality standards.Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices.Perform tool changes and offsets as needed to maintain precision.Conduct in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.Make adjustments to machine settings to ensure adherence to quality standards.Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinesTroubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments or maintain optimal performanceMaintain accurate records of machining operations, including setup sheets and tooling information.Document any deviations from specifications and report them to supervisors.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.Comfortable standing for extended periods.Manual dexterity for handling tools and machine controls.*All positions are contract to hire.*Drug test and background check is required.We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with Criminal Histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles'''' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
